From January to February this year, Shantou's toy exports reached 1.06 billion yuan

Chenghai, Shantou is a well-known production and export base of toys and gifts at home and abroad. The toy industry is the most distinctive and dynamic pillar industry in Shantou. In recent years, the economic and trade exchanges between Shantou toy export enterprises and countries and regions along the “Belt and Road” have become closer and closer, and toy exports have achieved stable growth. According to customs statistics, from January to February 2023, enterprises in Shantou exported 1.06 billion yuan of toys to countries along the “Belt and Road”, a year-on-year increase of 98.8%.
